Refunds and exchange

We know how it can be frustrating if the purchase is not quite right! We offer a complete “no fuss” policy to all our customers. We want you to love the products that you buy from us and in case, you are not completely satisfied with them, just drop us a mail at  Kaizen@madoverprint.com with the subject line, Refunds and Exchange with all the necessary details and we will definitely get back to you at the earliest.

All replacements and exchange cases are considered within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Following are the cases considered for replacements and refunds:

  1. You received the wrong items.
  2. You opened the parcel and found the item is damaged.
  3. You received a bad quality product.
  4. Some issues regarding sizes and colors.

In case you find that your product is suffering from any of the above pointers, you can: 

E-mail us at help  Kaizen@madoverprint.com with your order details (within 24 hrs of receipt of the product). We will contact you within 24 hrs to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required. In case of exchange, the delivered product should be in proper condition with all the packaging in place and the copy of the bill. Any item found to be damaged or used will not be considered for exchange or refund.

Orders placed can be cancelled at any time, before delivery, with 100% refund.
