63, NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh 201301.Once the customer has made an order through the website

www.madoveprint.com he/she will be entitled to its payment for the service.

 

Accuracy Of The Product

 The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product due to differences in monitors, colors, pixelation or brightness of the screen.

We have made minor estimations and may have taken approximations while taking measurements of these products, although we have tried our best to ensure that we have the most accurate detailing to them.

 

Pricing

 All prices on the range of products on the website are kept in comparison with the current market rates and are kept reasonable according to the current commerce activities across the internet. In case of double orders or re-orders by mistake or any errors in the final pricing will be informed to you at the earliest. Variation in the prices may take place time to time without any prior notice. Any change in price is not applicable on those products that have been already dispatched for shipment.

 

Payment

 You can choose any prepaid form of payment that is convenient to you. We accept payment through net banking, debit/credit cards, PayTM and UPI transfers. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until and unless we have a successful payment.

 

Delivery

 During the process of ordering a product, once you make the payment, you’ll get an estimated delivery time that will be notified on the order summary. As soon as you place an order you’ll get an email from our team for order confirmation along with precise details of the order. Any delay in the delivery of the package may happen because of unpredicted and unanticipated conditions such as heavy rains, natural calamities or unfortunate events. In case of such a situation, our team will reach out to you at the earliest as possible and you will be informed.

 

All and any of the intellectual property in relation and association with the products on the website are held and absolutely earned by the company Mad Over Print. Any of our content such as image, pictures, text, music, data, graphics, designs, logos, prints and other materials are in possession with the company. Any use of such element, content or work is strictly prohibited. One must avail such things by securing an official work of documentation from the company that might be a written permission or an online letter of grant through company email. You must not use any content without the permission. We are unrestrained to take any action against them who may diminish or belittle the name of the company, work, products or services.

 

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

 

Violation & Termination

 Any contravention or breach of trust, law and rules may lead to absolute termination from the access of the website. If you or the Company terminates your use of any service, you shall still be liable to pay for any service that you have already ordered till the time of such termination.

 

* Is the Refunds and Exchange Policy applicable on the masks? 
We would like to inform you that since masks are covered under the essential product category, the Refunds and Exchange Policy is not applicable on them.  
The above has been concluded keeping the sanitisation and hygiene of the product in mind. 
* Will the orders be delivered during lockdown?  
As per the guidelines issued by the government, we are currently delivering in all zones except the containment areas however, there will be an indefinite delay in the delivery due to lack of workforce and Covid-19 lockdown parameters. 
Please note that these conditions are subject to change according to government directives.  
*What will happen to my order if I purchase during lockdown? 
We are accepting orders during Covid-19 lockdown and delivering as per government directives keeping complete sanitisation and hygiene in place.  However, there will be an indefinite delay in the delivery time due to the lack of workforce. 
We would like to reassure you that your orders are safe with us and we will keep you posted with all updates through email and phone calls.
