Refunds and Exchange

How do I return my product?

In case of exchange or return note that the ordered items have to shipped back to our warehouse. The request for return/ exchange will only be initiated once the package reaches us. 

The following are the cases considered for exchange and refunds:

  1. You received the wrong items.
  2. You opened the parcel and found the item is damaged.

In case you have any of the above mentioned situations, you can E-mail us at care@madoverprint.com with your order details. We will contact you within 24 working hours to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required. 

You can return your order/product by self-shipping through any courier service. We dont have return pick up facility. Please ensure that while returning the product, the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. You can send your courier to the address below.

If you have self-shipped the order, just drop us a mail at kaizen@madoverprint.com with the snapshot of the courier receipt along with your order ID number. 

Courier charges upto maximum of Rs.100 would be refunded in cashback.
Kindly prefer using Indian post for shipment.

How will I get my refund?

Amount refund will be credited to your mode of payment within 3-5 business days after receiving the courier. 

For any queries, just drop us a mail at care@madoverprint.com with the subject line, Return and Exchange with all the necessary details and we will definitely get back to you at the earliest.

All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .

To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.

 

 

P.S. - All return and exchange cases are considered within 7 days from the date of delivery.
