* Is the Refunds and Exchange Policy applicable on the masks? 
We would like to inform you that since masks are covered under the essential product category, the Refunds and Exchange Policy is not applicable on them.  
The above has been concluded keeping the sanitisation and hygiene of the product in mind. 
* Will the orders be delivered during lockdown?  
As per the guidelines issued by the government, we are currently delivering in all zones except the containment areas however, there will be an indefinite delay in the delivery due to lack of workforce and Covid-19 lockdown parameters. 
Please note that these conditions are subject to change according to government directives.  
*What will happen to my order if I purchase during lockdown? 
We are accepting orders during Covid-19 lockdown and delivering as per government directives keeping complete sanitisation and hygiene in place.  However, there will be an indefinite delay in the delivery time due to the lack of workforce. 
We would like to reassure you that your orders are safe with us and we will keep you posted with all updates through email and phone calls.  

1. How can I check the status of my order?

- You can check your order status either by logging in to your account or through via email.

 

2. How do I cancel my order?

- You can cancel your order at any point before dispatch with 100% refund.

 

3. Can you add a personalized note along with my order?

- No, personalized additions to the product is not allowed. Although, if you want us to gift wrap the product and get it delivered, we can. 

 

4. How can I place my bulk order?

- For bulk orders, bulk customizations for corporate orders you may mail us at kaizen@madoverprint.com

 

5. What are the available payment options on the website?

- You can choose any prepaid form of payment that is convenient to you. We accept payment through net banking, debit/credit cards, PayTM and UPI transfers.

 

6. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

- We can’t predict your order delivery, however, as per the company policy, we generally dispatch the order within 48 business hours, and then it will take around 4-5 business days to deliver after dispatch.

 

7. What if I wish to replace my order?

- For any addition or replacement for your order item(s), write us at care@madoverprint.com within 24 hours of order placement. We have a 7 day replacement policy. 

 

8. How can I replace my order?

- We accept replacement for any product within 15 days of the order. For any information related to refunds/exchanges/replacements, kindly refer to our refund and exchange policy.

NOTE: The expense of reshipment of the package would be compensated by the company upto Rs.100, any amount above Rs.100 would be bear by the customer.

* Process

1. Wrong product delivered- 

- Customer should ship back the delivered product to our office address.

- Product should be in the same condition as delivered.

- New product or refund will be shipped or initiated afterwards.

2. Damaged product-

- Email us at care@madoverprint.com with product images.

In case of- 

- Refund: Initiated within 48 working hours.

Refund Timeline:

- Wallet: Within 48 working hours.

- NEFT: Within 72 working hours.

- Debit/Credit card: Within 8-9 working days.

- Replacement: New product to be shipped within 48 working hours.

3. Missing order item(s)

- Product(s) will be shipped within 48 Working hours.

NOTE: Your exchange item will be shipped once the originally delivered product reaches back to the warehouse in an undamaged and unused condition with the tags intact. If the product is found to be damaged or used in any respect, the request of return shall stand cancelled.
