Q1. How can I check the status of my order?

A1. We will send you an e-mail once your order has been confirmed.
Following that you can check the status of your order using the tracking ID provided by
us on the Courier company website.

 

Q2. Can I cancel my order at any point?

A2. Orders placed can be cancelled at any time, before delivery, with 100% refund.

 

Q3. Do you have a reverse pick up for exchange/refund?

A3. Unfortunately, reverse pick-ups cannot be provided at the moment but we
are working on it. Till then you will have to ship the products back to us at  Office no-2 , 1st Floor, Globus -D,
H block, Sector-63, Noida, UP, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

 

Q4. Can you ship the products internationally?

A4. Yes, the products can be shipped internationally given the favourable
circumstances with additional shipping cost and an estimated delivery time of 21 working days.

 

Q5. When will I receive my exchange item?

A5. Your exchange item will be shipped once the originally delivered product
reaches back to the warehouse in an undamaged and unused condition with
the tags intact. If the product is found to be damaged or used in any respect,
the request of return shall stand cancelled. 

 

Q6. Can I add a personalized note in the orders that are placed as gifts?

A6. Yes, you can add a personalized note along with the gift and we shall make
it a point to deliver it safely. However, there is a limit of 800 characters for the length of one note.

 

Q7. Can I get my packages delivered at different addresses?

A7. Yes, that can be done. You will have to specify the delivery address at the time
of placing of your order. The estimated time of delivery of the different addresses shall vary.

 

Q8. Can I place bulk orders?

A8. Yes, we will be more than happy to process them for you, be it personal or corporate.

Q9. What is your return policy?

A9. All replacements and exchange cases are considered within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

Following are the cases considered for replacements and refunds:

 

  1. You received the wrong items.
  2. You opened the parcel and found the item is damaged.
  3. You received a bad quality product.
  4. Some issues regarding sizes and colors.

 

In case you find that your product is suffering from any of the above pointers, you can: 

 

E-mail us at help  Kaizen@madoverprint.com with your order details (within 24 hrs of receipt of the product). We will contact you within 24 hrs to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required. In case of exchange, the delivered product should be in proper condition with all the packaging in place and the copy of the bill. Any item found to be damaged or used will not be considered for exchange or refund.

 

Q10. What is the process for exchange?

A10. For exchange of any product, you will have to ship the original product back to
our warehouse and you are free to choose from any of our other products of the same or
lesser value. The difference has to be paid in advance. Your new order shall be shipped
after the original product reaches is in proper condition. 

 

Q11. What all are the acceptable payment methods?

A11. We accept payment through net banking, credit/debit cards through Paytm and PayPal.
